Are the Gemstones real?

Yes they are 100% Natural Faceted Gemstones. No Lab Created or Cubic Zirconia. All gemstones are different and unique. Gemstones can naturally have inclusions and some cracks, this is natures way to make your gemstone one of a kind!

What kind of Gemstones can I get?

We have a large selection of Gemstones including Amethyst, Rubies, Topaz, Sapphire, Emeralds and more!

What are the Striking Stones?

Our Striking Stones are how you find your Gemstone surprise! They are a super secret mix of over 10 ingredients to ensure your Gemstone is safely incased and will not scratch or chemically react to the Gemstones.

How are Striking Stones opened?

Striking Stones are opened by gently being struck by a hammer. You must take caution when opening to not damage the Gemstone.

How do you ship and how long does it take?

Due to Covid shipping times may be longer. We apologize. We ship USPS World Wide! 10-14 Business Days US, and 10-15 Business Days for the rest of the world. Items will be received within 14 business days. Please allow a few more days if getting Mounted Jewelry. Please select shipping with insurance. Striking Stones is not held liable for lost packages.

How do I become a Consultant?

Please apply under our “Become a Consultant” Tab to be considered. Must be 18 years or older. Must have high speed internet, a quiet dedicated space, and be able to do Live shows at 4 hours of length without interruptions.

Return Policy

All Sales are final. No returns or exchanges. If your item is lost via transit it is possible to get a replacement per SSC's discretion. If we do send a replacement, we will try to match as close as possible to your stones, all stones are unique and we try our best but we cannot guarantee the exact stone but will make sure you will get equal or more value. 

How do I get a Custom Sized Striking Stone at Home?

Have a bachelorette party, girls night in, birthday party or another fun occasion? We can make Striking Stones at Home a custom size and with your choice of gemstones! Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery as it takes time to custom make the Striking Stones. Interested? Contact us and we will give you info!
